|Have you thought about what it would be like to live without limits??
What would you do? What can you accomplish? The truth is you can live your life without limits! Limiting beliefs harbor us from living our lives to the fullest; limiting our minds limits our potential. When our potential is limited, we do not perform at full capacity.
Would you run 1 mile when you know you can run 3? By same method of reasoning, by not living to your full capacity, you are selling yourself short and robbing yourself of happiness and fulfillment. Why would anyone want to do that?
Oddly enough it happens every day. So many people limit their potential, not reaching the goals they have set for themselves. They let the circumstances of life control their mental attitude, resulting in a “failure consciousness” caused by negative thinking. We are all so conditioned to think about avoiding our fears, only to find that those same fears become a reality! The truth is that we have to keep our minds busy thinking about the things we want (success, prosperity, happiness) that it has no time to think about the things we don’t want (poverty, ill health, procrastination).
Athletes have professional coaches that keep them motivated and focused, why shouldn’t you? Everyone should be in their positive self and out of the negative one.
|Have you ever felt like you wanted to make a change in your life for the
better? Maybe you want to quit smoking? Maybe you want to lose a little weight? Perhaps you’ve been feeling that you have not been working up to your full potential? Are you selling yourself short? Today’s times are very tough, there are many circumstances which cause a person to be stuck, causing them to be depressed. Are you stuck? Why spin your wheels and not go anywhere?
Some people have everything, yet they are still empty... They feel like something is lacking on the inside. Everyone has a choice. Whether we realize it or not, we all have choices. A lot of times, it’s our fears that govern our decisions. We worry about the things we fear the most like fear of poverty, fear of security (job stability, financial, relationships, etc), fear of getting sick; and a lot of times that’s what we end up with. The subconscious mind has a way of attracting the physical equivalent of whatever we are concentrating on.
Every day we go to jobs we are miserable with because we need to pay our bills. We are focused so much on trying to pay our bills, and pleasing our bosses, that we end up sacrificing our own happiness as opposed to making our selves happy and content. It’s a vicious cycle. We focus so much on the thing we don’t want and that’s what we end up with! The solution is simple. We have to focus our mind on things we want so it has no time to think about the things we do not want. We have to flood our minds with positive thoughts, so it doesn’t have the chance to accept negative thoughts.
